Is possible to turn the camera on/off with the regular switch?
No, you just can turn on /off the bulb light via mobile phone! If you turn off with the regular switch, then it cannot record!
When I switch off using manual on/off switch, then I switch on again, will it continue recording? Or I have to re-pair again?
When you switch on/off the bulb light, whether the bulb light is on or off, the storage card in the bulb is loop recording 24 hours a day! So you will have a record of what is happening at your premises.
Can the bulb be set to automatically turn on at sunset, then off at sunrise?
The mobile phone can turn on/off the bulb light, but cannot set the time.
How do you prevent anyone with the app installed from pairing with your cams? Can a stranger with the app installed, pair to the cam?

Yes, of course. It can support max 5 users to monitor at the same time.
Your home or place where you put the bulb cam must have internet WIFI too? What if no WIFI to the place where you put the bulb cam? The bulb will not going to work?
Yes, the bulb must connect WIFI and then you can monitor anywhere and anytime by your mobile phone App.
What is better 960P or 3MP?
960P is 1.3 Megapixels, 3MP is 3.0 Megapixels. Of course, 3.0MP has higher resolution and better image.
